This Full Moon is a seasonal Blue Moon – an older definition of the term – the third of four full moons between the March equinox and the June solstice of 2016 ~ It's a powerful time to manifest your deepest heart's desires .
Our Blue Full Moon Sound Bath Sleep Over is a transformative and delightful experience of a deep healing journey into sacred sound. You lie down and feel a refreshing bath of acoustic vibration, including planetary tuned gongs, crystal singing bowls,Tibetan bowls, and a wide variety of other ancient sound healing instruments. Once the room is engulfed with this ancient cosmic vibration, everyone will take part in a sound meditation that will interact with our physical and energetic bodies in beneficial ways. Our all night sound bath journey works on clearing and activating your mind, body and spirit.
Yogi Bhajan taught that the gong was the most powerful tool for healing and that a gong session would clear any immediate blocks. Yogi Bhajan stated that consecutive gong healing would clear most blocks so that the soul could heal itself, relieving the body of human suffering to deliver us to our hearts. Living within the heart, we are able to more easily thrive in our natural state of happiness, and inspire those around us to do the same.
Doors will open at 7:30PM to allow you to get situated and comfortable, with the event beginning at 8 PM.
This is a three-part event .
Part 1: 8-9:15pm Full Moon Sound Bath
BREAK Refreshments + Community Celebration
Part 2 : 10pm -3:30am All Night Sound Bath , deep healing journey.
Part 3 : 3:45- 6am Aquarian Sadhana , yoga practice with Sacred Morning Chants performed live. Let the beautiful sounds of the mantras wash over you. (you may still rest/ sleep through this)
What to bring :
*This is a laying down experience ~Make sure to create your most comfortable space ♥ Comfy suggestions: Blankets, pillows, water, crystals, your own eye pillow ~ we provide organic eye pillows for the experience. Need an extra comfy rest area, you can bring extra bedding including sleeping bags and an inflatable mattress. We ask if you bring an inflatable mattress to have no larger than a twin-size for yourself and a full-size for multiple people, and to please be mindful of the limited space so that everyone may rest comfortably. Bring your favorite snacks ~we provide light snacks .Wear comfy clothes so you can relax.
