A Sound Bath is an acoustic sound healing journey that relaxes the body, clears the subconscious, calms the mind, and activates your body's natural healing systems. Bring a blanket and pillow , and create your most comfortable space then lie down and let the cosmic vibrations wash away stress and all that no longer serves you . We use a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments, including planetary tuned gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls , and more to create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body , leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Sound Healing Level 1 Teacher Training includes:
Learn how sound healing works
How to tune in and become a channel for the healing energy
The basics of playing a gongs, Tibetan Bowls, + Crystal Singing bowls
An introduction to a variety of sound healing instruments
How to facilitate a Sound Bath
Practice and experiential time in small groups and one on one
How to unblock and activate the chakras (energy center )
Healing mantras and forgiveness prayers for clearing and healing
Shakti Sound Healing Level 1 Certification

About the facilitator
Ana Netanel is a sound healer practitioner, musician, Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher. She has been involved in the healing power of sound for over 20 years. Her classes and workshops are transformational, uplifting, and fun. Ana has shared sound healing with thousands of people. She facilitates Sound Baths at Yoga West , Moore Dancing, at private residences, at festivals, and in her private practice . She also works privately with individuals and small groups.
